Relocate a US confection industry's equipment in a Montreal existing plant without interrupting operations.

Phase the project in such way that production could go on simultaneously in both countries at some times during transfer of operations. Five lines of production were being transferred one at time.

Regular operations in Montreal went on while never more then two lines of production from transfer were shut down at the same time. Allowing thus the company to produce as usual without major market share loss.
