This is, undoubtedly, the
most commonly used method. The customer submits his ideas to professionals
for the purposes of conceptualization. Once the customer takes delivery
of the plans, there are two options: personally selecting the contractor
or relying on professionals to make the choice. In either case, the
general contractor is selected on the basis of preference and reference
or through tender. Throughout the project, the customer remains at the
very heart of the decision-making process and authorizes all procedures.
The general contractor and professional team work in close collaboration
to offer the customer the very best in service, while ensuring that
budgets, which are usually predetermined, are respected.

| Everything is put in
place to ultimately satisfy the customer, who remains at the heart
of the decision-making process. |
